Innisfree No sebum Blur powder

I found a new setting powder that will surely be a new favorite. This one from Innisfree (Korean makeup brand) is an oil- control powder which makes your skin look "photoshopped". This tinted powder claims to make your skin flawless and blur your fine lines.

They released two kinds of blur powder, one in translucent and the tinted one. i have tried the translucent powder but i didn't like it, its very drying on my skin, but it actually does its job of making your face smooth and oil free throughout the day. I love the tinted one because its not as drying as the translucent powder, it made my skin very silky smooth and flawless. I've been using this for a couple of weeks now every time I do my makeup.

The ingredients of this product will make you think it's worth buying. It has mineral salts and camellia sinensis i.e green tea leaf extract which is really good for the skin especially for sensitive ones.

This contains 5 grams of a product and costs 6000 won or USD5. This is really worth it especially for the price tag. definitely a must buy.

I will continue to use this and probably will repurchase as soon as i run out if it.

Missha Primers

Missha Layer Blurring Primers

Primers are known to put on before your foundation. In beauty world they are known to make your makeup last longer. There are different types of primers depending on what your skin type needs..

Missha recently released 4 different types of layer blurring primers.
*Long Lasting
*Shimmering
*Pore Cover
*Tone Control

Two of them are my favorites. The tone control and pore cover.. Ive tried all of them already but these two are my cup of tea.

The Pore cover primer made my skin so smooth. My foundation went on beautifully. I dont have large pores but everytime I use this primer, my face makeup becomes flawless and almost filtered looking.

The Tone control primer is the one that im currently using. It brightens my skin tone It even made my skin so smooth aswell. It cancels my redness which is caused by pimples.

Lipstick is my vice 💄💄💄❤

Out of all the make up products that i have, Lippies are my favorite thing. Yes, I admit I'm a hoarder when it comes to that, but I just can't contain myself. I wanna try different formulas, different finishes and experiment with different colors that will best suit me. Since I'm currently here in Korea, all the lippies that I have tried and tested are all from here. One of the common lip product here are the lip tints.. I don't really get excited whenever companies release new lip tints coz I'm more of traditional lipsticks or matte liquid lippies which are more trendy nowadays. But for just an ordinary day, I can tolerate lip tints, they have different formulas such as water tints, gel tints, or the more opaque ones.

In all fairness, they are already stepping out of their traditional "tint trend" . Some companies are already releasing matte liquid lippies. So far my fave are from missha. They are not drying. They are comfortable on the lips. The staying power is just okay..

Here are some of my current obsessions..

My Skincare Routine

Taking care of your skin before putting on makeup is very important. After all the great eye makeup look , flawless foundation and a good lippie, you really wanna make sure you have a healthy skin.

Here's what i normally do to take care of my face.

1. Wash your face regularly. Im just using a regular facial foam to wash out the dirt and makeup residues on my face. After washing make sure you just pat your face with a towel. Never rub it onto your face.

2. Exfoliate your face. Im using a black sugar mask to remove dead skin cells, especially during winter my face tends to get really dry. You have to regularly exfoliate your face.  (I have a separate review on black sugar mask)

3. Make sure you have a good toner. Im using a water based toner to really cleanse and make my face fresh. I have a normal to combination skin so i dont really go for a toner that is meant for sensitive skin.

4. Moisturize your face. Im still in search for a good moisturizer. But as of the moment, I really enjoy using my facial oil as moisturizer. I also use a greentea serum before applying my face oil.

5. Put eye cream. This prevents wrinkles under the eyes.. It also reduces undereye darkness. I normally put eyecream before going to bed. Some people that i know, they like to put on eye cream before doing their makeup. But personally i just dont like the idea of putting too much creams prior to my makeup.

6. Put on Lip balm. Who doesnt want a soft and supple lips right?  I usually put on lipbalm Once to thrice a day. It helps prevent chapped lips. I have a very dry lips so i usually go over board when it comes to putting on lip balms.

Etude House Stay Up Foundation Review

I am very picky when it comes to foundations, I have a combination skin type so I really tend to splurge on high end ones.

This past few weeks I am in search for a good korean foundation, until one time I went to Etude house and try to look for a matte liquid foundation . I keep on swatching a lot of their products until i saw the Stay Up foundation. The name itself made me become interested to try it , I swatched and waited until its completely dry and finally i found what I really want.

This foundation has been my Go-To since i bought it, I am in a shade Sand. I love the finish of it which is matte, it has a spf 40/Pa++ which is good. It is very lightweight . The coverage is medium but buildable to a full coverage. It has a liquid texture which is also a plus factor because it will be much easier to blend.
This one is best used with a beauty blender. It will create a flawless and natural finish. It has a pretty long staying power. Personally, it lasted up to 8 hours without even touching up my face . I really love this product.

I highly recommend this foundation if you are more on oily skin type. This product will mattify your skin and will cover minor imperfections.

Burgundy Eye makeup with a Pop of Silver

This type of eye makeup is what ive been obsessed with this past few weeks. I love doing dramatic eye makeup looks with a pop of color.

I used mostly makeup revolution products.
I used most part of the shadows in i♥ chocolate bar palette. And then for the pop of color I used foiled shadow in pure platinum. It very soft and buttery. Very metallic and easy to blend. I did not use the primer that's included on the set but it really gave a nice opacity on the lid. I will definitely use it again for my next make up look.

I paired it with a bright red lip color. I used santee matte liquid lipstick. I will do a separate review on that including swatches of other shades that i own.

I highly recommend using products from makeup revolution. They make high quality cosmetics for an affordable price.

ChiChi Cosmetics OMFG Palette Review

Oh My Frank and George (OMFG) palette is one of ChiChi's GLAMOROUS Eyeshadow palette Line. It is by far my most used vibrant palette in my entire collection. I really like to create a dramatic vibrant eye makeup look using OMFG . I love combining few shades to create either a bold or simple look.

It has 12 vibrant shades.
I really love how it gives a great color pay-off.
It has a mixture of shimmers and mattes.
It is very pigmented.
It is very blendable.

I highly recommend this palette if you're looking for a high quality but affordable price.
